how to rig the coil on my chainsaw?
hello, i have a old 1980 Super Homelite EZ Automatic. The cable that hooks up to the coil then to the plug had become disconnected from the coil. How can I rig this up so it will work. I have done it before but forgot how I did this. I dont wanna spend alotta money on a new coil so i wanna halfass it. how can this be achived? Don't tell me to buy a new one because I have already halfassed the switch cause i broke it off. haha it use to start right up (till the cable got disconnected) and to shut it off you gotta choke it to kill it. damn i love bein a redneck.
I would try putting in with silicone or rtv.
