The small homelite's aren't much better either, a little but not a lot I cut firewood for years supplying homeowners and campgrounds with firewood as well as heating my own house with wood. I have bought and used various saws (husqvarna, ecco, stihl, homelite, poulan and mccullogh). Without a doubt the worst saw was McCullough and the best was Stihl.
