The choke switch wont stay secured on my Stihl MS 290?
the choke switch is not secured in the groove where it should be don't know it that piece is broken? Does anyone have a schematic for the Stihl ms 290. Thanks

Your best bet would be to go to a dealer that sells Stihl saws and ask them what is causing the problem. Stihl don't give out their repair manuals other than to dealers or at least they use to wouldn't. You might contact them and see what they have to say but most likely you would be ahead to just get in touch with a local dealer. I am sure it would be much quicker anyway. They do make a good chain saw.
