Good Non-Gas Yard Edger? I was thinking of the worx GT.? Saw an infomercial & it looked pretty good. My weed eater just is not tough enough to edge. the line keeps breaking. I want something either battery powered or electric. What is your personal experience? What has worked well for you as an edger or edger/weedeater combo?
i have a worx and while i dont edge too much ive tried it and it seems like it would do just fine. i live on.67 acres and battery life is good for about two different trips out to the yard. and the free spools for life is a good thing, be sure to buy the extra battery if you get it. another cheaper alternative is the black and decker 18v yard care system. it can be had for around 200 bucks and includes the trimmer/edger, blower, and hedge trimmer. and the battery is universal to the tools. thats only 66 bucks a piece
